Ladders is seeking a Sr. Virtual Design Release Engineer - Electric Power Systems Simulation to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role focuses on developing and validating simulation-driven solutions for electric power systems across vehicle-level programs. You will partner with engineering and testing teams to define requirements, improve analysis methods, and strengthen correlation between virtual models and physical test data.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, automation, electronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive or CAE engineering.
• Proficiency in Matlab and C++/Python programming.
• Experience with CarSim/ANSYS and MIL/SIL/HIL/VIL testing.
• Familiarity with DNG and FMEAs for requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Establish requirements and maintain virtual scenarios for electric power systems.
• Track quality, performance, and validation across vehicle levels.
• Define and execute validation methodologies for integration tests.
• Design and implement simulation solutions using industry tools.
• Document and maintain CAE methods and improve analysis capabilities.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Virtual Design Release Engineer - Electric Power Systems Simulation to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will focus on developing and validating simulation-driven solutions for electric power systems across vehicle-level programs. You will partner with engineering and testing teams to define requirements, improve analysis methods, and strengthen correlation between virtual models and physical test data. The position offers the opportunity to influence performance, quality, and integration outcomes through advanced CAE and validation practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities
