Job summary

GLOBAL Recruitment Solutions LLC is seeking a Lead Modeling & Simulation Engineer to drive advanced simulation for power, energy storage, and renewable systems. You will lead a team of simulation engineers and influence product architecture across EDR, DER, and grid applications.

The role emphasizes MATLAB/Simulink mastery, MIL/SIL/HIL environments, and cross-functional collaboration with hardware-in-the-loop validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in systems modeling, simulation, or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink and time-domain simulation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of physics-based simulation environments for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems.
• Develop models for distributed energy resources, renewable generation, energy storage, and power distribution.
• Create scalable, modular component models with flexible fidelity.
• Lead MIL, SIL, and HIL testing development and integration.
