Job summary

Housing Trust Group, LLC is seeking a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue across 10–15 affordable housing communities. The role will oversee centralized leasing operations with a strong focus on EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, ensuring compliant communications, tours, applications, waitlists, and recertifications, largely via virtual channels.

Florida-resident candidates with 3–5 years in multifamily/property management and affordable housing leasing are preferred;

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Centralized leasing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio occupancy 98%+ across 10–15 communities.
• Serve as EliseAI subject matter expert, overseeing AI-led lead conversations and quality.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 tasks: Rent Cafe, Prospect Pipeline, Unit Availability, Applicant Records.
• Lead management for unresolved leads with a human touch.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and track upcoming dates to avoid lapses.
• Guide applicants through the virtual rental process and ensure timely submissions.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants and residents; collect missing docs.
• Collaborate with Preferred Compliance to ensure files meet program guidelines.
• Track KPIs: occupancy, lead conversion, days vacant, processing time.
• Conduct market research and adjust pricing/incentives to protect occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and LIHTC/HUD/Housing programs.
• Travel to portfolio communities as needed; up to 40%.
