Housing Trust Group, LLC is seeking a Centralized Senior Leasing Manager to maximize occupancy and revenue across 10–15 affordable communities, delivering a virtual leasing experience. The role requires deep expertise in EliseAI and Yardi Voyager 8, with knowledge of LIHTC and related programs guiding every decision.

The candidate must reside in Florida and be willing to travel to portfolio communities as needed; travel up to 40% is expected to support leasing events and occupancy issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3–5 years of affordable housing leasing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy ≥98% across 10–15 communities.
• Serve as EliseAI portfolio expert for lead conversations and QA.
• Manage Yardi Voyager 8 modules: Rent Café, Prospect Pipeline, Unit Availability, Applicant Records.
• Lead management and escalation for complex leads.
• Oversee virtual recertifications and ensure timely document submission.
• Guide applicants through the online rental process.
• Communicate with applicants/residents to obtain missing items and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Preferred Compliance to meet program guidelines and approvals.
• Track KPIs and report occupancy performance to leadership.
• Perform market research and adjust pricing/incentives to protect occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and LIHTC/HUD programs.
• Travel to portfolio communities as needed; up to 40% travel.
