University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT Department seeks a Sr. Executive & VIP Endpoint Support Specialist for full-time, on-site work at the Medical Campus in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch technical support to executives and VIPs, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.
• Understand executive technology preferences and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate advanced travel-related technology needs for executives and residences.
• Own and drive resolution of high-impact technology incidents affecting leadership and events.
• Lead cross-functional escalations with IT, security, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
• Design and optimize executive endpoint environments for reliability, security, and scalability.
• Deliver on-site and remote support with extended availability, including after-hours coverage.
• Govern executive audiovisual and conference room environments, including hybrid meeting tech.
• Provide real-time support for Board meetings and high-visibility events with minimal downtime.
• Safeguard sensitive executive environments and align with security standards.
