Job summary

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions in Washington, DC is seeking a Video Teleconferencing Technician to support the organization’s video conferencing, IT support, and asset management needs.

You will configure Cisco codecs and AV gear for Teams, WebEx, ZoomGov and other platforms, maintain inventory in Sunflower and ServiceNow, coordinate conference-room scheduling, provide on-site support for high-profile events, and deliver routine reports on activities and improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5 years of related field experience.
• Excellent communication and in-person customer service skills with federal personnel.
• Ability to manage tasks across VTC, asset tracking, and conference room scheduling.
• Willingness to undergo a government background investigation and obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Support VTC systems using Cisco codecs and various AV equipment for meetings via Teams, WebEx, ZoomGov.
• Provide administrative support for the Travel System and manage the asset database.
• Plan and manage projects to meet objectives and oversee conference room scheduling.
• Install, configure, and maintain VTC rooms and provide in-person support for high-profile events.
• Maintain inventory using Sunflower and ServiceNow and reconcile discrepancies.
