Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Video Streaming Engineer in Ashburn, VA. You will design, build and optimize FMV streaming pipelines using Wowza and AWS Elemental, focusing on low-latency delivery with HLS and WebRTC.

You will lead implementation across cloud/on-prem environments, implement SRT, codecs, and DRM, and work in an Agile team to deliver production-ready configurations for the CBP client.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required and ability to pass CBP background checks.
• 7+ years in systems/software/network engineering with 3+ years in live enterprise video streaming.
• Hybrid schedule with on-site requirement in Ashburn, VA.

Responsibilities

• Architect and engineer video pipelines across hybrid environments.
• Administer, cluster, and optimize Wowza Streaming Engine servers.
• Configure AWS Elemental MediaLive/MediaConvert/MediaPackage workflows.
• Implement and tune HLS, WebRTC, RTMP, RTP/UDP with SRT for secure low-latency streaming.
• Optimize codecs (H.264/H.265) and ABR streaming.
• Troubleshoot video streaming issues and ensure QA.
• Collaborate with security engineers on encryption, DRM, and TLS.
