Job summary

DCM Infotech Limited is seeking a Senior Software Developer to architect and implement next-generation client-side video technologies for a flagship streaming platform. You will own end-to-end video delivery, from network transmission to user playback, including DRM, telemetry, and rendering techniques.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality media engine components and mentor engineers to grow their careers while solving real-time customer issues with sophisticated

Qualifications

Must have strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, and operating systems.
Expertise with web-based media playback including EME/MSE and HTML5 video.
Deep experience with media tech such as Exo-Player and AV Foundation.
Solid understanding of streaming tech (DASH, HLS) and DRM (FairPlay, Widevine, PlayReady).
Experience delivering streaming video with telemetry and on-call support.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement client-side video technologies for our streaming platform.
Own mission-critical features across the video delivery ecosystem from network to playback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers.
Evaluate technical tradeoffs and improve testing, operations, and performance.
