CACI International is seeking a Senior Video Streaming Engineer to design, implement, and optimize end‑to‑end FMV streaming pipelines using Wowza Streaming Engine and AWS Elemental services for the CBP client in Northern Virginia. You will work in a BEAGLE ASF team, supporting secure, low‑latency delivery with HLS, WebRTC, and SRT across hybrid environments.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, CBP background‑clearance readiness, 7+ years in related fields with 3+ years in live streaming,

Qualifications

Citizenship & Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen with ability to pass CBP background investigation.
Education: College degree in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field (equiv. experience accepted).
Professional Experience: 7+ years in systems/software/network engineering, with 3+ years in live enterprise video streaming.

Responsibilities

Architect & engineer video pipelines across hybrid environments.
Administer, configure, cluster, and optimize Wowza servers for high concurrency.
Configure cloud video workflows with AWS Elemental Suite (Live, Convert, Package, Store).
Implement and tune HLS, WebRTC, RTMP, RTP/UDP; deploy SRT for low latency networks.
Optimize codecs (H.264/H.265), ABR, frame rates, keyframes for low bandwidth.
Troubleshoot video streaming issues and QA processes.
Develop automation scripts (Python/Bash) for ingestion, provisioning, monitoring.
