Job summary
The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Video Engineer to lead video design and pre-production for large events. You will supervise the video team during load-in, show, and post-production, acting as Client Contact and ensuring equipment is prepared and coordinated with budgets.
The role supports the Audio Visual Production team, offering a hybrid work model in Dallas or Orlando with regular in-office and show-site days, and opportunities to develop advanced video systems and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in video production.
- 10+ years experience in video production, with 5+ years in corporate events.
- Ability to engineer instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
Responsibilities
- Develop video designs and coordinate pre-production, onsite and post-production activities within budget.
- Create wiring diagrams and video plots for shows and ensure onsite teams have them.
- Serve as onsite Client Contact and Crew Chief; supervise load-in/load-out and installation.
