Job summary

HP is seeking a 3LS Technical Engineer for Video Conferencing in the United States. You will be the primary interface for resolving customer issues, leveraging ECS expertise, and coordinating with Product Management and Development to deliver fixes for Poly Video endpoints such as the G7500, X30/X50, and related hardware.

The role requires expert troubleshooting, VOIP and videoconferencing experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

6+ years VOIP experience at a T3 level or higher with a 4 year technical degree or 4 years with a Masters degree.
6+ years Videoconferencing experience at a T3 level or higher with a 4 year technical degree or 4 years with a Masters degree.
Excellent written and oral English communications; self-starter and motivated.

Responsibilities

Support Poly Global Support for day-to-day customer issues and drive them to resolution.
Assist Product Management in planning software fixes and features affecting customers.
Advocate for customers and coordinate delivery of software fixes with Product Management/Development teams.
