Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a 3LS Technical Engineer for Video Conferencing to drive resolution of complex customer issues. You will interface with ECS and work on Poly’s video endpoints (G7500, X30/X50) and related technologies, analyzing network traces and product logs to guide engineering teams.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, self-motivation, and collaboration with Product Management and Development to deliver fixes and enhancements for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6 years VOIP experience at a T3 level or higher w/ 4 year technical degree or 4 years experience w/ Masters degree.
• 6 years Videoconferencing experience at a T3 level or higher w/ 4 year technical degree or 4 years experience w/ Masters degree.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft products and technologies such as Azure AD, Intune, Teams, and product licensing.

Responsibilities

• Support Poly Global Support for day-to-day customer issues.
• Assist Product Management in planning software fixes and features.
• Advocate for the customer for issues from the field and coordinate software fixes with Product Management/Development teams.
• Analyze, reproduce, and drive resolution of the most challenging customer issues.
