Job summary

Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an enterprise Cisco/Webex specialist to keep large room systems running and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and calendars. You will troubleshoot issues, validate upgrades, and coordinate production readiness for deployments.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Cisco RoomOS, Control Hub, and Webex services in a corporate setting, with a strong emphasis on testing and interoperability across platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco RoomOS and Webex in enterprise environments.
• Experience administering Cisco Control Hub and provisioning.
• Ability to ensure Cisco rooms integrate with Microsoft Teams and calendars.
• Experience testing upgrades and changes in staging before production.
• Familiarity with SIP and video conferencing protocols.
