Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading and coach junior staff.
• Maintain position records in coordination with trading desk and trade processing.
• Support trade capture management, Front to Back reconciliation, identifying operational risk, trade confirmation and settlement forecasts.
• Develop and implement business initiatives and projects for pre-settlement processes and transaction capture.
• Oversee the volume, quality, integrity, timeliness of complex deliverables; plan and budget.
• Analyze issues with transaction capture and advise on actions.
• Develop policies and procedures; support internal and external clients.
• Oversee pre-settlement capture activities; define and track KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, client service, control, and cost reduction.
