Fresh Del Monte Produce Company in Dallas seeks a Senior Management executive to lead national accounts, drive profitability, and expand the customer base. You will oversee pricing, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and finance.

The role requires 5+ years in a senior management position with national accounts experience, plus a 4-year degree in business or related field. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Required: National accounts experience.
• Preferred: 7+ years in produce/food industry.
• 5+ years in a senior management level role.
• 4-year college degree in Business/Management or related field; master’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales revenue while expanding customer base and maintaining existing accounts.
• Set annual sales targets location and monitor sales performance monthly.
• Controls sales expenses while managing revenues to meet operating income budget.
• Develop and manage promotional programs with NA and corporate marketing.
• Lead top-to-top business reviews with major regional and national accounts.
• Direct negotiations of customer contracts with NA Product Management and NA Senior Leadership.
• Oversee regional claims and A/R within NA guidelines.
• Communicate market information to Senior Management to maximize revenue.
