Job Title: Vice President of Operations - Dental (East Coast, US - Remote)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations for our Dental Service Organization (DSO).

Candidates MUST have direct experience with private equity-backed DSOs.

This is a remote position, but candidates should be located on the East Coast of the United States.

--- Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and enhance clinic performance.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of multiple dental practices, ensuring efficient processes, patient satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory standards.

- Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor operational metrics, and drive improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

- Integration and Expansion: Lead the integration of new practices into the network, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with company values.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of regional managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to optimize budgets, manage costs, and drive revenue growth across the network.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all practices comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
