Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10–12 years progressive responsibility in general management with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management experience.
• Ability to set strategy and drive business process improvements.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, HR, and customer service with P&L accountability.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional service.
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies with senior team members.
• Lead a productive team with strong communication, empowerment, and coaching.
• Partner with business unit leaders to implement new business processes.
