Job summary

Aramark Student Nutrition is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee a major contracted-services account generating $80M+ in revenue. You will galvanize a large team, drive operational excellence, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to expand services and improve margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree desired.
• Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive responsibility in general management with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and experience with managing effective client relationships at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy and drive business process improvement.
• Adept business acumen to work with executives and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service with full P&L accountability.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional client service.
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies with senior leaders and execute them for measurable outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with strong communication, empowerment, and coaching.
• Partner with business unit leaders to inspire change and implement new business processes.
