Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across regional operations, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business expansion, contract growth, and market development.
• Partner with executive leadership to establish strategic priorities and drive organizational performance.
• Maintain full regional P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and margin improvement.
• Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive operational efficiency, workforce optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure consistent service delivery, operational quality, and achievement of contractual performance expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and executive stakeholders.
• Drive client satisfaction, contract retention, and expansion opportunities.
• Establish a customer-focused culture centered on service excellence, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a geographically dispersed, cross-functional regional leadership team.
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability measures, and leadership development plans.
• Foster a culture of employee engagement, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Champion organizational change initiatives and reinforce Prosegur's values throughout the region.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, security licensing requirements, labor regulations, contractual obligations, and company policies.
• Oversee operational risk management, safety programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Promote a culture of ethical leadership, workplace safety, and operational integrity.
• Direct incident reviews, corrective action plans, and risk mitigation efforts as necessary.

About the Role

Prosegur is seeking an accomplished, results-driven Senior Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership and oversight of a multi-state region. This executive position holds full accountability for regional financial performance, operational excellence, client relationships, employee engagement, regulatory compliance, and business growth.

• Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams and developing high-performing leaders.
• Strong track record of driving operational excellence, profitable growth, and organizational improvement.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships, contract retention, and business development initiatives.
• Exceptional financial acumen, strategic planning, and business decision-making skills.
• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the security services, contract staffing, facilities management, or other labor-intensive service industries.
• Experience overseeing complex client contracts and large-scale workforce operations.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and licensing requirements across multiple states.
