Job summary

COVE Animal Health is seeking a Director of Integration for a remote role with regional travel across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. You will lead cross-functional initiatives moving from strategy to execution, partnering with hospital teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

The position emphasizes hands-on leadership, trust-building with hospital leaders, and the ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects while traveling up to 30–50% as required by project scope.

Qualifications

• Veterinary industry experience with hospital operations knowledge.
• Hands-on experience supporting or leading acquisition onboarding and integration.
• Proven track record Leading large cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Ability to build trust quickly with hospital leaders, sellers, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30-50% depending on project scope.
