Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Two years of experience in social services or related field preferred.
• Experience working with homeless and/or veterans preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background checks (HUD/VASH)

Responsibilities

• Assess housing, employment, education, financial, and medical needs of veterans.
• Coordinate care with VA personnel and community partners for eligibility and services.
• Maintain confidential client files in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Conduct home visits and document progress using DAP format.
• Supervise interns and provide training to staff.
