Job summary
Amazon seeks a Venue Production Manager to lead event production teams across multiple locations and oversee operations from our Seattle HQ. You will drive planning, scheduling, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-impact events for AMER Event Productions.
A successful candidate brings 5+ years of team leadership in production, strong budgeting and booking experience, and a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading technical teams across multiple locations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in project or program management.
- 5+ years people management experience.
- 5+ years planning event production operations.
- Experience with production booking and budgeting.
- Strong calendaring, data tracking, and metrics skills.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of event venues in AMER while onsite at HQ1 in Seattle.
- Enforce standard operating procedures and onboard new hires.
- Schedule and develop event productions teams.
- Monitor team data, metrics, and escalations.
- Foster cross-team communication and stakeholder relations.
- Support internal cost recovery models.
- Lead programmatic initiatives related to the team.
