Job summary

LA28 seeks a Senior Manager, Venue Infrastructure Delivery to lead end-to-end design, build, and delivery of a Games-time venue. The role oversees a team of 3–4 staff, coordinates with internal and external partners, and guides on-site execution from design to delivery.

You will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure a robust, data-driven venue design, compliant with standards, budgets, and timelines for the Olympic/Paralympic Games.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience in event overlay design or temporary infrastructure delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, and evaluate department staff.
• Directly supervise sub-functions including design teams.
• Develop and adhere to the departmental budget with clear steps to implement, monitor, and measure deliverables.
• Assist in the delivery of the design development strategy for a Games Time Venue.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a coordinated process.
• Lead on-site execution, construction, and delivery of venue infrastructure.
• Establish close working relationships with Event Management, Hospitality & Ticketing, and Games Operations.
