Job summary

LA28 is seeking a Manager, Venue Look of the Games to lead the visual identity across a designated venue zone, embedding within the Look & Signage team and ensuring native alignment with the Games-wide strategy and LA28 brand.

You will scope, plan, deliver, maintain, and decommission Look elements at your venue and coordinate with central design, venue management, and external partners to deliver a cohesive, franchise‑quality look for athletes and spectators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event operations, venue management, design implementation, or related fields.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior staff and multiple workstreams.
• Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead venue look delivery across a designated venue zone.
• Coordinate with central design, brand, and venue teams to apply Look Kit of Parts.
• Oversee venue look staff and ensure scoping accuracy and consistency.
• Present venue plans to internal and external stakeholders; ensure alignment with LA28 brand.
• Support on-site leadership during Games-time for Look assets.
