Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Orlando is seeking a Venue Director I to oversee the successful management of the assigned venue. You will drive profitability and sales goals while delivering top-tier service to hotel partners, clients, and team members.

This role emphasizes leadership, operations excellence, and strong relationship building with venue partners. The Venue Director I will foster a culture of achievement, support diversity, and pursue continuous improvement, ensuring a premier guest experience

Qualifications

• Three years minimum management-level experience in AV/hospitality.
• Proven leadership in event operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication with partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of events with a focus on best-in-class customer service for hotel partners, clients and staff.
• Review profitability and control costs to ensure venue financial targets are met.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and readiness of equipment and assets.
• Attend hotel and client meetings to strengthen partner relationships.
• Train, mentor, and develop venue staff in line with SOPs and company culture.
