Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a senior vendor management professional to oversee relationships with multiple vendors in the healthcare IT space. You will coordinate interfaces, pricing, and SLAs while ensuring alignment with client needs and internal teams.

You will manage vendor performance, document workflows, and support pricing decisions. This role requires strong communication across vendors, clients, and Labcorp stakeholders, with a focus on consistent, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 7+ years in vendor management, information systems, purchasing, or customer relations
• Associate degree with 5+ years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in information systems/business related fields
• 5+ years working with vendors, client relationships, or customer-facing operations
• 3+ years supporting system integrations, interfaces, or EDI processes
• 2+ years negotiating vendor pricing, contracts, or service agreements
• 3+ years managing multiple projects, requests, or priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with EMR, HIS, LIS, and Practice Management Software vendors
• Support integration and implementation of interfaces between Labcorp and client systems for electronic lab orders and results delivery
• Negotiate pricing for interface integrations and related vendor solutions
• Manage and prioritize client interface requests across assigned vendors
• Serve as a primary liaison between Labcorp and EDI vendors
• Facilitate communication and coordination between vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain documentation including vendor contacts, pricing structures, workflows, and issue resolution records
• Support internal stakeholders with vendor-related activities including pricing, prioritization, upgrades, and solution enhancements
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and industry standards
• Evaluate vendor interface workflows to ensure adherence to industry best practices
• Perform additional vendor management and operational tasks as assigned
