Job summary

BioSpace seeks a Senior Vendor Laboratory Manager (SVLM) to lead laboratory and biospecimen activities across complex clinical studies. You will serve as a strategic partner, mentor, and matrix leader, ensuring high-quality, compliant delivery aligned with protocol requirements and timelines.

The SVLM will manage vendor relationships, contribute to vendor strategy, and drive risk mitigation across CLBM functions, while collaborating with GSO, Data Sciences, Legal, and CLS to achieve program

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in clinical drug development and biospecimen governance.
• Experience managing complex vendor relationships in a CRO or central laboratory setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (GCP, ICH, GDPR) and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory and biospecimen activities across complex studies and programs.
• Provide senior-level oversight of study start-up, maintenance, close-out, and vendor transitions.
• Mentor VLMs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery.
