Job summary

Affordable Care, LLC seeks a Senior Manager of Outside Lab Operations to own the enterprise program from rollout through steady-state management. You will drive adoption of preferred vendors and workflows, govern cross-functional execution, and monitor performance with scorecards to ensure financial and patient-care outcomes.

You will partner with Lab Operations, Field Operations, Clinical, Procurement, Finance, IT, Training, and Compliance, reporting to the Director of Lab Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in one of the listed fields is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations and program management.
• Experience managing external vendors with scorecards and SLAs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as end-to-end business owner for the outside lab program from rollout to operations.
• Translate strategy into a actionable operating roadmap with milestones and owners.
• Establish governance across multiple functions and practices.
• Maintain a disciplined operating cadence with reviews and escalation.
• Drive adoption, vendor performance, and value realization across regions.
