KPI Solutions, a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation integrator, seeks a Senior Product Manager - Vendor Relations to own product strategy and multi-vendor integration across OEMs and technology partners. You will bridge engineering, IT, sales, and legal to align vendor capabilities with contracts and roadmaps.

The role emphasizes API contracts, data exchange standards, and technical acceptance criteria to ensure reliable multi-vendor deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience; multi-vendor ecosystem exposure.
• Experience in material handling, warehouse automation, robotics, or logistics.
• Proven track record negotiating vendor contracts, SLAs, terms.
• Knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS ecosystems and API-driven integration.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary product contact for OEM/vendor partnerships across lifecycle.
• Lead vendor evaluation, onboarding, tiering; negotiate terms with Procurement/Legal.
• Own vendor scorecard and corrective action plans with underperforming partners.
• Build executive-level relationships for pricing, priority access, and custody of roadmap.
• Coordinate go-to-market and joint development with strategic vendors.
• Manage vendor renewals, escalations, and disputes with Legal/Finance.
• Represent KPI Solutions at vendor summits and trade shows.
• Define integration requirements for vendor software/hardware with internal platforms.
• Document API contracts, data formats, middleware needs for interoperability.
• Oversee due diligence and integration testing before deployments.
• Ensure vendor integration playbook accuracy and reduce rework.
• Assess standard vs custom integration options before cost estimates.
• Define product roadmap balancing vendor capabilities and customer needs.
• Prioritize backlog with Engineering, Solutions Design; consider lead times.
