Job summary

Stand Together seeks an experienced Senior Vendor Manager to strengthen its vendor management, strategic sourcing, and procurement approach, with a focus on SaaS and technology partnerships. The Senior Vendor Manager will oversee the full vendor management lifecycle, from sourcing and contract negotiations to performance management, risk mitigation, and relationship development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related field.
• Strong expertise in SaaS and IT procurement, including software licensing models and vendor negotiations.
• Proven success negotiating complex vendor contracts and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Experience leading vendor management transformations with standardized processes and metrics.
• Strong analytical skills using vendor performance metrics and spend analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor sourcing, evaluation, selection, and management of SaaS, software, and IT service providers.
• Develop procurement strategies by partnering with internal stakeholders and assessing business needs.
• Negotiate contracts, renewals, licensing agreements, and pricing terms to maximize value.
• Establish and monitor vendor SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks and resolve disputes and delivery challenges.
• Lead scalable vendor management policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
