Job summary

Amazon Global Engineering Services seeks a Sr. Supply Chain Manager to lead Vendor Portfolio Strategy & Performance within NA Startup Support.

You will own the strategy, scorecards, and dashboards for portfolio health, influence sourcing decisions with GPO, and drive contingent worker development. This role partners with IAS/TVM and cross-functional teams to raise vendor accountability across 450+ projects valued at $5B+.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and developing performance accountability frameworks.
• Experience with PM tools and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio-wide vendor performance strategy with scorecards and accountability frameworks.
• Identify cross-vendor patterns and implement corrective actions with broad impact.
• Build vendor performance dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership visibility.
• Inform sourcing decisions, contract renewals, and strategic investments.
• Influence vendor sourcing strategy in partnership with GPO and cross-functional teams.
