Qualifications

• 5+ years of Excel and data visualization experience.
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to derive insights.

• Experience with Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
• Experience working with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated data pipelines from ServiceNow to create a unified vendor performance data model.
• Define TOPS vendor performance data architecture and data quality standards.
• Develop predictive models to identify vendors trending toward SLA breaches before store impact.
• Present vendor insights to leadership and influence negotiations.
• Build self-service dashboards and automated reports to reduce manual reporting.
