Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Business Analyst II, Vendor Performance to own the single source of truth for vendor performance across TOPS programs, including NCR/Toshiba, Bizerba, Denali/Truno, Mood Media, and more. You will extract, model, and analyze ServiceNow ticket data, SLA metrics, and financial performance to provide proactive insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Excel and data visualization experience (Tableau).
• Experience defining requirements and using data to draw insights.
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated data pipelines from ServiceNow to a unified vendor performance data model across vendors.
• Define TOPS vendor performance data architecture and data quality standards.
• Develop predictive models to identify vendors trending toward SLA breach and support negotiations.
• Present insights to leadership and inform quarterly business reviews and negotiations.
• Build self-service dashboards to reduce manual reporting burden.
