Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing).
• 1+ years of vendor management experience.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Senior Vendor Performance Manager for vendor maintenance team, managing performance of vendors.
• Work with external vendors and set expectations, raising the bar on operational performance.
• Source, define, build and manage the Maintenance business.
• Define a vision for how this program will work and cost.
• Write whitepapers to gain initial buy-in and alignment and provide status updates.
• Identify key performance metrics and create a reporting suite for program management.
• Define short-, mid-, and long-term timelines and project phases.
• Lead supply chain risk mitigation activities and correct vendor performance issues.
• Present supply chain strategies and program reviews to Operations and Finance leaders.
• Work with Operations, Engineering, and suppliers to minimize space and optimize replenishment.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives to ensure the lowest total cost.
• Lead strategic initiatives and create mechanisms to measure performance across vendors.
