Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, vendor management, supplier performance management, technology procurement, IT service management, or related discipline.
• Experience engaging suppliers in formal performance reviews, governance forums, corrective action discussions, or issue remediation activities.
• Working familiarity with enterprise technology environments, including SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, AI-enabled services, digital platforms, software implementation, or technology consulting.

Responsibilities

• Own ESPR-derived insights, intelligence, and reporting for Enterprise IT, DDAT, business owners, category leaders, and supplier stakeholders.
• Interpret performance trends, service-level performance, incident history, risk indicators, contract context, and roadmap commitments to produce actionable, real-world insights.
• Develop executive-level narratives and materials that articulate implications, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for technology supplier relationships.
• Evolve ESPR outputs from descriptive scorecards to forward-looking intelligence that supports proactive decision-making, renewal strategy, supplier remediation, and governance prioritization.
