Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to lead the development and delivery of actionable supplier performance insights for Enterprise IT and DDAT. You will translate feedback into executive-ready recommendations and influence strategy across vendor relationships.

In this role you will partner with IT, procurement, risk, legal, and business owners to drive governance, renewal decisions and remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, vendor management, or related discipline.
• Experience engaging suppliers in formal performance reviews and governance forums.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data and analytics, or related tech environments.
• Ability to translate supplier performance into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESPR-derived insights and executive-ready supplier performance reporting for Enterprise IT and DDAT.
• Facilitate vendor performance discussions and remediation plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
