Job summary

You will coordinate software content, guide execution to customers, and work with ECU owners, release, testing, production, and field teams to improve release quality and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of automotive engineering experience.
- Understanding of vehicle electrical architecture and ECUs.
- Experience with software development, validation, and defect management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own vehicle-level software readiness across all ECUs.
- Maintain software release milestones and integration schedule.
- Coordinate software features and interactions across ECUs.
- Lead vehicle-level Go/NoGo reviews and hold ECU owners accountable.
- Monitor integration risks, blockers, and defects; escalate as needed.
- Develop and maintain expertise in vehicle software flashing.
- Drive continuous improvement of release quality and customer experience.
- Up to 10% travel can be expected.
