Responsibilities

• Prepare merchandise for display or rental.
• Recommend and provide advice on products and services.

• Keep records of transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare rental forms and obtain signatures.
• Inspect and adjust rental items for customers.
• Explain rental fees, policies, and procedures.
• Confer with customers to take orders, cancel accounts, or resolve complaints.
• Maintain records of inquiries and actions taken.
• Resolve service or billing complaints by exchanges, refunds, or adjustments.
• Ensure changes resolve customer problems.
• Contact customers about inquiries or claim results.
• Refer unresolved grievances for investigation.
• Determine charges and arrange billing.
• Complete contract forms and issue service discontinuance orders.
