Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical certification preferred.
• 1–2 years automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to use tools and solve problems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and outdoors; safety/regulatory compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicles and ensure safety for customers.
• Use Penske’s tools to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as tire rotation and lubrication; some electrical and cooling system work.
• Learn new skills through Penske’s technician training and hands-on coaching.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
