Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is looking for a skilled Technician in Odessa, TX. You will perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on a diverse fleet, logging work and using diagnostic tools.

The role offers safety‑focused training and opportunities to grow within a global leader in vehicle maintenance. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years in automotive repair, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced shop

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and 1–2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe for customers.
• Use Penske tools and technologies to log, research and complete repairs, including basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and some repairs on gas and diesel vehicles.
