Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an experienced engineer to manage all technical aspects of the vehicle, driving Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance objectives. You will oversee BOM management, change management, and regulatory conformity, while coordinating with purchasing for RFQ and supplier selection.

You will lead component and system development, including design, validation, and stakeholder meetings. The role requires coordinating with Manufacturing Engineering, aligning design with manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years automotive industry experience.
• Experience in vehicle/component design, release engineering, and cost analysis.
• Experience with NVH, Durability, Safety, Dynamics.
• MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lead and present concepts to all management levels.
• Excellent leadership communications and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and validation of components and systems.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineering and plant for cost, investment, and quality objectives.
• Align design and manufacturing processes to support cost and quality targets.
• Manage technical relationships with stakeholders and drive issues to resolution.
• Support regional requirements and content; coordinate with purchasing for RFQ and supplier selection.
