Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff TPM to lead end-to-end vehicle programs, aligning hardware, software, and supplier activities to meet schedule, cost, and quality targets. You will drive program reviews, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

The role requires 8+ years in technical program management within automotive or complex systems, with strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, vehicle development, systems engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional vehicle or product development programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering development, integrated planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the integrated vehicle program plan, including schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and readiness criteria.
• Drive cross-functional execution against timing, cost, quality, technical, and launch objectives.
• Lead program reviews, maintain objective program health reporting, and coordinate recovery plans where delivery is at risk.
• Assess scope and change impacts and support timely, data-driven program decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional and software efforts across Vehicle Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software, Electronics, Powertrain, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Validation, Finance, Service, and Operations.
