Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead next-generation robotaxi hardware programs from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to production ramp in Foster City, CA. You will coordinate hardware, software, firmware, and safety teams and partner with outside contract manufacturers to ensure milestone delivery.

The role requires 6+ years in hardware TPM/engineering PM, strong communication, and experience with end-to-end product development in Automotive or consumer electronics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hardware TPM or engineering PM experience
• End-to-end hardware development from concept to production ramp
• Experience in Automotive or Consumer Electronics systems
• Experience with outside contract manufacturers (CMs)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across HW, SW, FW and systems
• Proven ability to report progress and risks clearly to leadership

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hardware development programs from concept to production ramp
• Translate corporate roadmaps into detailed product roadmaps and timelines
• Align priorities across HW, SW, FW, Functional Safety, System, Procurement, and Vehicle Development
• Collaborate with outside contract manufacturers for prototype builds and production ramp
• Establish standard reports and communicate progress, issues, and risks to leadership
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation actions to closure
• Set agendas for key decisions to remove bottlenecks and risks
• Support strategic decisions with cross-functional input across Eng, Finance, and Strategy
