Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager to lead product security initiatives across multiple engineering teams. You will coordinate threat modeling, risk assessments, and security testing while partnering with vendors to ensure compliance and robust controls.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, incident response readiness, and security governance in a fast-paced automotive/IoT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Master's degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Relevant cybersecurity or program management certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, Security+, PMP, PgMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead product security programs across multiple engineering teams and products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to track security deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
• Partner with vendors and suppliers to review security requirements and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments for new products and features.
• Support implementation of security controls, cryptographic solutions, and key management processes.
• Drive Red and Blue Team activities including vulnerability management and incident response readiness.
• Support security compliance, audits, governance reviews, and cybersecurity reporting.
• Coordinate penetration testing and security assessments and drive timely resolution of findings.
