Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in high-volume vehicle pricing, remarketing, or portfolio optimization within an automotive finance or captive environment.
• Experience applying market data to pricing decisions with measurable conversion or recovery impact.
• Experience supporting pricing models, testing frameworks, or decision engines.
• Strong ability to translate analytics into pricing actions and executive-level insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing execution across upstream and midstream remarketing channels, ensuring alignment with enterprise pricing strategies, approved methodologies, risk tolerance, and portfolio performance objectives.
• Exercise advanced market expertise to establish, adjust, and optimize vehicle pricing strategies based on attributes, market conditions, and portfolio performance trends.
• Evaluate model-generated pricing outcomes, identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities to improve pricing effectiveness and recovery performance.
• Authorize, implement, and govern pricing exceptions and manual overrides with proper documentation and governance compliance.
• Monitor pricing performance across remarketing channels using KPIs like conversion, recovery, turn time, and no-sale rates.
• Analyze pricing results to identify drivers, gaps, and opportunities; recommend pricing, fee, incentive, and disposition strategies.
• Collaborate with Decision Engine, Analytics, Risk, and Remarketing to influence pricing methodologies and program enhancements.
• Provide strategic pricing guidance for physical auction and alternative channels, leveraging market intelligence and portfolio insights.
