Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive design, development, release and validation of electronics modules across vehicle platforms. You will coordinate with suppliers worldwide and partner with internal teams to deliver current and next generation technologies.

The role requires initiative, independent judgment and leadership, with close collaboration across engineering, purchasing, and vehicle integration to maintain program deliverables and ensure timely production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading technical programs or equivalent.
• Detailed knowledge of electrical hardware design, development, validation, and integration.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to address complex issues.
• Proven ability to track and drive multiple project progress.
• Strong communication skills with assembly line or executive levels.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and create clarity.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support builds.

Responsibilities

• Work with electronics architecture and design teams to create schedules and track progress.
• Lead development and integration of electronics via design reviews and pre-production builds.
• Identify program risks and mitigate to hit timing.
• Coordinate with vehicle line, software, electrical, mechanical teams to align critical paths.
• Coordinate with suppliers and supply chain for timely component delivery.
• Coordinate with Vehicle Integration and Electrical Systems for successful integration.
• Push and support release of engineering documentation to support PLM.
• Support purchasing to ensure timely deliveries and plan budgets.
