Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent knowledge of internal combustion engines.
• Knowledge of modern and classical control principles.
• Experience with data acquisition and processing.
• Working knowledge of engine development, emissions development, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop new features and enhance existing control algorithms for gasoline engines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interface with systems and calibration teams.
• Implement designs efficiently and validate them against requirements in virtual and physical environments.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and act as an expert in control engineering.
• Develop plans, track progress, and present technical reports to management and project chiefs.
• Contribute to control strategy design to meet functional objectives within program timelines.
