Job summary

GENX Design & Technology seeks a VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects. The role is primarily remote with in-person NY/NJ meetings required.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in VDC/BIM, strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360; excellent PM and leadership abilities; must reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in VDC / BIM management.
• Excellent PM, leadership and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency; strong written/spoken.
• Must reside in the United States, NY/NJ area strongly preferred.
• Availability for in-person meetings in NY/NJ when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VDC workflows across multiple projects.
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare professional presentations and project documentation.
• Lead virtual coordination meetings and attend NY/NJ meetings as needed.
