GENX Design & Technology seeks a VDC Manager to lead BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects. The role is primarily remote with in-person NY/NJ meetings required.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in VDC/BIM, strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360; excellent PM and leadership abilities; must reside in the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced VDC Manager to join our team in a full-time position, leading BIM and digital construction workflows for high-rise and modular projects.

This position is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in the United States, with a strong preference for professionals based in the New York / New Jersey area.

The role is primarily remote; however, availability to attend in-person meetings in the NY/NJ area as required is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in VDC strategy, BIM management, multidisciplinary coordination, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VDC workflows across multiple projects.
• Oversee BIM coordination, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Manage digital model integration using Revit, Navisworks, ACC and Procore.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Prepare professional presentations and manage project documentation.
• Lead virtual coordination meetings and attend in-person meetings in NY/NJ as required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in VDC / BIM management.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Proven experience with high-rise buildings, modular construction, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• New York / New Jersey area candidates are strongly preferred.
• Must be available to attend in-person meetings in NY/NJ when required.
• Professional-level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a full-time, primarily remote environment.
