Job summary

Eden Executive Search is partnering with a confidential general contractor to hire a VDC/BIM professional who will lead virtual design and construction on large vertical projects. The role supports Miami, West Palm Beach, Reston, or remote work arrangements and focuses on delivering model-based solutions for field execution.

Qualifications

Experience running VDC or BIM coordination on GC projects.
Experience with clash detection and model coordination in Revit/Navisworks.
Ability to lead coordination meetings with trades and design teams.
Based in or near Miami, West Palm Beach, Reston, or remote.

Responsibilities

Own the BIM model coordination: collect trade models, run clash detection, and drive resolution in coordination meetings.
Build and maintain the BIM execution plan and model standards for each project.
Support the field with model-based layout, quantities and 4D sequencing.
Work with project engineers, superintendents and the design team to turn the model into field answers.
Keep models, drawings and issue logs current in the project’s common data environment.
